What makes you feel happy and content?

This week, Spirit is asking that we take some time away from all the busy-ness of life.  We are asked to stop doing, even for just one moment, and focus on BEING.

Take a deep breath now...  breathe down to your belly.  Imagine yourself travelling to your happy place, where you are safe to be carefree.  Take a moment now to count your blessings.  State at least 3 things that make you really happy and joyful.

How can you invite even more of these happy moments in your life?  Are you blocking your own happiness by focusing on being busy?  Are you blocking it by caring so much about others' happiness and wellbeing that you forget about yourself, or are you outright denying yourself pleasure or refusing to receive gifts and help for others based on a belief that it's better to give than to receive?

Remember that to fill fulfilled, AND to fulfill your life's mission, we have to be part of the giving and receiving equation of the Universe's energy.  When we block energy coming to us, it can create chaos in our own life and in the lives of those around us when their ability to give is stunted by our refusal to receive.

Today, give a compliment and when you receive a compliment simply say, "thank you".

Today, do at least one thing that makes you happy and makes you feel calm and peaceful.

Today, put your feet up for at least 10 minutes and pretend you're in your happy place.

Just be YOU - you're good enough, smart enough, beautiful enough.  Spirit loves you deeply and completely, just the way you are.  Breathe...
